By accessing TinderAIBot (the "Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accounts and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account and to maintain the security of your magic link access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or threaten platform integrity.

4. Photo Content and Usage

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, and deliver AI-enhanced outputs for your use.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload the photos and that they do not violate any laws, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to uploading unlawful, explicit, or abusive content, attempting to reverse engineer the platform, or disrupting other users.

We may monitor usage to enforce these Terms and protect the Service.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans and one-time purchases are handled through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

All sales are final unless a specific refund policy is stated. Charge disputes should be directed first to support@tinderaibot.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, and platform code are owned by TinderAIBot. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will meet personal expectations or produce specific results.

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from your use of the Service to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or create risk for other users.

Sections regarding ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, excluding its conflict of law principles.
