Operational logs and analytics may contain IP addresses, browser/device information, and feature usage metrics to keep the service running smoothly.

2. How We Use Your Information

Authenticate users and deliver single-use magic links.

Process photo enhancements, deliver purchases, and provide subscription features.

Monitor system reliability, detect abuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

3. Photo Handling

Uploaded photos are processed only to generate the requested AI variants. We do not use your images to train external models, and we delete transient processing files shortly after delivery.

Enhanced images you choose to download or store in your account are retained until you delete them or your account is removed.

4. Third-Party Services

Authentication emails are sent via SendGrid.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full payment details.

Hosting and infrastructure are provided by Vercel, Neon, and other sub-processors that comply with industry security standards.

5. Your Rights

You may update or delete your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support@tinderaibot.com.

If you reside in a region that grants additional privacy rights (such as the EU or UK), you may request data access, correction, or erasure by emailing support@tinderaibot.com.

6. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest where available, enforce access controls, and monitor our systems for suspicious activity.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we strive to follow best practices and react quickly to issues.

7. Retention

Account records are kept while your account is active. Purchase records may be retained for tax and accounting requirements.

Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion in accordance with our disaster recovery policy.

8. Children

TinderAIBot is not designed for individuals under 16. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will remove it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the app or email, and the updated document will include a new "Last updated" date.
